  2. Abigail Moor called youngest daughter in probate of Jacob Houghton [Worcester Probate 31006].
  3. The laughable Source:Houghton, John Wesley. Houghton Genealogy, p. 307, says Abigail, d/o Jacob Houghton and Rebecca Whitcomb, was born "9, 7, 1726" and was the second wife to the same Mr. Moore that married her sister Rebecca. This despite the birth record in Lancaster (p. 54) clearly listing the parents of the Abigail born that date as "Jonathan & Mary", and despite the fact that both Abigail and Rebecca were alive and married to their respective Mr. Moores when their father's estate was distributed in 1752.
