Overview

Person:Henry Hayes (5) was born in 1667 in Fulwell, Oxfordshire, and immigrated with his family to Chester County PA in 1705. He settled near Unionville, W Marlborough Township, but also owned a home in Philadelphia, and land in East mar borough Township. Henry and wife Margaret had numerous children, including seven sons most of whom seem to have remained in the immediate area. The family line in America is well documented in Source:Cope, 1904. Their Oxfordshire ancestry is also well documented in Hayes, 1905.
