    It is hereby certified That in conformity with the laws of the United States Florence Mounce Widow of Samuel Mounce who was Private Co. F. 35 Reg of Indiana Vol [illegible three letters] and 58 Co. 2 Battalion Veteran Res. Corps is entitled to a pension under the provisions of the
    Act of June 27, 1890,
    at the rate of Eight dollars per month, to commnce on the Thirt-first day of May 1901 and to continue during her widowhood unless she shall forfeit her right thereto. And she is also entitled to two dollars per month, additional for each of the following named children, while living and under teh age of sixteen years.

    In the matter of Miss Emily Florence Wilson to Samuel A. Mounce

    On this 6th day of September A.D. 1901; personally appeared before me a notary public in and for the aforesaid County, duly authorized to administer oaths, Mrs. H. Lake aged 42 years, a resident of Aberdeen whose post office address is Aberdeen in the County of Monroe and State of Mississippi well known to me to be reputable and eitled to credit and who, being duly sworn, declared in relation to aforesaid case as follows:

    That she was present at the marriage of Miss Emily Florence Wilson to Samuel A. Mounce on th 7th day of January 1868 at Fairfield, Nelson Co., Kentucky

    and affiant further say that the above statement is from her own personal knowledge, that it was read over to her before se sigend it, and that it is true and correct.

    I have no interested in said and am not concerned in it its prosecution.
