Objective

The objective to be met is to determine the family relationships between various groups of Walker's present within the primary Tapestry project area. This includes, in particular, the following groups:

The Wigton Walkers composed of three separate subgroups,

a) The Walkers Creek Branch of the Wigton Walkers,

b) The Natural Bridge Branch of the Wigton Walkers

The Path Valley Walkers

The Goochland County Walkers

Some or all of these groups are known to have been present in

Old Chester County, PA

Old Augusta County, VA

Goochland County (outside the Tapestry)

The Carolina Cradle

Southwest Virginia
