4th June, 1808. Thos. Hughart's will--To grandson, Thomas Montgomery, home plantation in Calfpasture, joining Thomas Phillips; to granddaughter, Easter Montgomery; to grandson, Jno. Montgomery; to grandson, Wm. Montgomery; grandson, Hughart Montgomery. Executeor, Rev. John Montgomery; to daughter, Agnes Montgomery; to brother, James Hughart; to Patsey Hughart and her mother. Teste: J. Ramsey, Jno. Ramsey, Wm. Ramsey. Proved, 23d May, 1810. Executor qualifies.
