Repaired wrong information [27 July 2011]

As a librarian, I've been using this source for several decades, long before the Internet existed. It used to be available only in annual hardcopy (print-out) editions, then on CD-ROM, and now -- courtesy of the State of Texas, which makes it available without charge -- on an assortment of free websites. Ancestry.com does NOT own this source and is NOT the author of it. Please do not attribute the work of public agencies to Ancestry without checking the facts. --Mike^Talk 11:31, 27 July 2011 (EDT)
