William Ledgerwood married Agness and had 5 known children: Jane (20 Dec 1734), Martha, Eleanor, Wiliam, Jr. (abt 1723) and James. He is listed in the Augusta Parish Vestry Book, page 260, in 1759.They stated they were from Ireland as they proved their Oaths of Importation on 28 Feb 1739 in Orange Co., VA (a part later became Augusta Co., VA).
