- Vol. 2 - William Cail's Declaration, November, 1818: Age 69; enlisted in _____ County, Pennsylvania, under Capt. Samuel Gregg in the First Pennsylvania Regiment under Col. James Chambers. (Note: establishes William Cail's birthdate in 1749).
