- Silas (Joseph, Joseph, John) b. Nov. 26, 1754; d. Aug. or Sept., 1825; m. 1773 Beulah, dau. of Abijah Adams of Killingly; m. 2d, Sarah, dau. of Stephen Coomer, widow of --- Whitney. His will was signed Aug. 2, 1825, and was offered for probate, Sept. 19, 1825. He was a Justice of the Peace, and exercised a great influence among his neighbors. Had clear views on many subjects, and facility in expressing them. Foster, R.I.
