The Memorial of John Slafter gives this information about the children of Silas and Beulah:

1. Hannah, b. Feb. 29, 1775; d. Oct. 21, 1857; m. Joseph Smith.
2. Silas, b. Nov. 28, 1777; d. April 1, 1865; m. Susan Burgess.
3. Stephen, b. Nov. 15, 1779; d. May 20, 1851; m. Sarah Williams.
4. Mary, b. Oct. 4, 1781; m. Brinton Arnold.
5. John, b. Sept. 7, 1784; m. Naomi Rice.
6. Beulah, b. Sept. 12, 1786; died young.
7. Paul, b. June 3, 1788; m. Chloe Shippee.
8. Anna, b. May 6, 1790; died young.
9. Patience, b. Nov. 3, 1791; d. Oct. 18, 1820; m. Whitford Whitney.
10. Charlotte, b. Sept. 29, 1793; d. Sept. 28, 1858; m. William Turner.
11. Joseph, b. March 30, 1795; m. Roby Bates.

It also relates that Silas had a second marriage, and two more children 1816 and 1819, so presumably Beulah passed away after 1795 but before 1816.
