Sarah Harrison was baptised on 16th April 1704 at Granby in Nottinghamshire, daughter of Sarah Harrison, formerly Wood, and her husband George Harrison, a cordwainer. In 1727, aged 23, Sarah married a John Toon at Granby. They had one son, George, the following year. Sarah died a few months after George's birth, aged just 24. She was buried at Granby on 10th June 1728. It seems likely that there was an illness in the family as her mother was buried the next day. Sarah's husband John survived her by 35 years and remarried a year after her death.

ch. 16 Apr 1704, Granby, Nottinghamshire: Sarah Harrison [no parents' names given]

Needs to be confirmed at Nottinghamshire Archives. Although no parents are named, Sarah has been linked to George and Sarah on the basis that they were the only couple named Harrison having children in Granby at this time, there is a large enough gap in the "George and Sarah" Harrison children around 1704 for there to be a missing child, and George's will which refers to a grandson named George Town, which rather suggests the Sarah Harrison who married John Toon at Granby in 1727 must be George and Sarah's daughter.
