Catherine Harrison was baptised on 25th February 1700 at Granby in Nottinghamshire, daughter of Sarah Harrison, formerly Wood, and her husband George Harrison, a cordwainer.

On 16th November 1725, aged 25, Catherine was married at Granby to a Robert Tales. It is unclear what became of them after their marriage, although they must have had more than one child and Catherine must have died before 1744, as her father's will (written in September 1744) left money for the children of his "late deceased daughter Catherine Tales".
