Sarah F. BUNTYN was born in February 1850 in Georgia (probably Pike County). She resided in Georgia during her entire life. Sarah was enumerated in her father's household on the 1850, 1860, 1870, and 1880 censuses. On 26 September 1889 in Spalding County, Georgia, Sarah married Moses C. BOWLES. She was Moses' second wife. On the 1900 census, Sarah was enumerated in the household of her husband.

Sarah died between the census enumeration in 1900 and 13 January 1901, when her husband remarried. Her date and place of death and place of burial have not been located yet.
