Family members present included Helen Bauslaugh, Alpha & Sara Gillespie, Sepha Tupper, Minnie Heerman, Howard & Hilda Gillespie, Mr & Mrs Glen Brotherton, Floyd Reynolds, Mr & Mrs George Walther of Flint (Mrs. Walther was Mae Cross Wertman's daughter), Jerry Gillespie, Mr. & Mrs Woodrow Waterous, Mrs Edward Waterous, Miss Emma Waterous, and John and Elsie Coquigne. There were also numerous friends, as well as eleven "RN's," perhaps trained by her during her days at Memorial Hospital.
