Robert Bushrod was a farmer in the Adair Community of Hancock County all of his adult life. He and Alice also had a general merchandise store in Adair for several years. Robert and Alice moved to Tell City to live and became members of the First Methodist Church. Robert was a Republican.
Robert married a second time to Edith ?. They had no children. Robert died in his sleep on February 21, 1960 and was buried with Alice in the Greenwood Cemetery in Tell City, IN.
