Early Land Acquisition in Virginia

   All descendants of Reinhardt Heinrich Borden, also known by Rynard Bauden of Shenandoah County, Va., are invited to a family reunion Saturday, June 14, at Mentor Community Club. Attendees are asked to bring a covered dish for the lunch that will be served at 1 p.m.
   
   This reunion is being hosted by descendants of Catherine Borden Ridge, who is the daughter of Jacob Borden. She married John Ridge. The Borden family tree dates back to Germany and Scotland and includes Paul Baudoin (Boudouin), George Kerr and Thomas Ridge.
