    Nathaniel Niles, of South Kingstown, yeoman, being grown antient (sic). Will dated 21 Apr 1726, proved 12 Feb. 1727/8, pps. 95-98. Sons: Ebenezer, Nathaniel and Samuel; Daughters: Sarah Helme and Catherine Hannah. Daughter-in-law Mary Niles. Grandson Nathaniel Niles son of son Samuel Niles. Granddaughter Sarah Perkins.
    Witnesses: Christopher Allen, Sarah Potter and Wm Robinson.

    -11 Feb 1717/8 Capt Nathaniel Niles of Kingstown yeoman to his son Nathaniel Niles land after the decease of the grantor Nathaniel Niles & deceased of the grantor's wife Sarah Niles who is mother of son Nathaniel Niles; also mentions land deeded to son Nathaniel 1 Dec 1714.
    Witnesses: Ephraim Bull and Samuel Helmes. [South Kingstown Land 1:5-9]
    -12 Feb 1717/8 Capt Nathaniel Niles of Kingstown yeoman to son Ebenezer Niles of Kingstown after decease of grantor and after deceased of the son's Mother Sarah Niles wife of grantor. Ebenezer to pay eldest brother Samuel Niles after death of both parents and if he does not then part of the land to go to son Samuel Niles.
