    -12 Feb 1717/8 Capt Nathaniel Niles of Kingstown yeoman to son Ebenezer Niles of Kingstown after decease of grantor and after deceased of the son's Mother Sarah Niles wife of grantor. Ebenezer to pay eldest brother Samuel Niles after death of both parents and if he does not then part of the land to go to son Samuel Niles.
    Witnesses: Samuel Helme and Ephraim Bull. [South Kingstown Land 1:17-21.
    -8 Jan 1718/9 Ebenezer Niles of Kingstown Blacksmith to my son Ebenezer Niles 200 acres which father Nathaniel Niles of Kingstown gave me by deed of gift dated 12 Feb 1717/8, said land being reserved to my self the said Ebenezer Niles and my wife Abigail during both our natural lives.
