Mary Almira Webber was born 24 April 1828 in Palmer, Hampden, Massachusetts. She married Henry A. Sweet on 30 September 1848 in Medina, Medina, Ohio. Henry A Sweet was born on 12 July 1818 in Mendon, Worcester, Massachusetts. The Sweets settled a homestead in Tazewell County, Illinois in 1854, then later relocated, sometime between 1880 and 1900, to Vernon County, Missouri. Henry A. Sweet died on 7 December 1900 at the age of 82 in Moundville, Vernon, Missouri. Mary died on 28 March 1910 at the age of 82, also in Moundville. They are both buried in Welborn Cemetery, Moundville, Vernon County, Missouri.
