 "Shankland, Thomas Lee: Deaths- The Muncie Morning Star, Saturday, May 25, 1940. Winchester, Ind., May 24.- Thomas Lee Shankland, 69, died this morning at a Richmond hospital. He is survived by the widow, Myrtle; two daughters, Mrs. Tracy Barber, of Saratoga, and Mrs. Eugene Kolp, of here; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Christman and Miss Olive Shankland, both of Ridgeville.
