   Item 2. All the rest and residue of my property … unto my son Leonard Horsfall in fee simple to be disposed of as he shall see fit, except as specified in Item 4.
   Item 3. … that my said son, Leonard shall become guardian for my three minor children Fred, Nellie and Benny ….
   Item 4. … unto my son Leonard the house and lot which I own in Clinton, Clinton County, Iowa and the personal property which I now own without regard to said legacy or inheritance.
