    McCOMB - Mrs. Leola B. Byal, 87, of McComb, died at 3:45 p.,. Thursday at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Findlay, where she has resided for 15 months.
    She was born Dec. 21, 1893 in Pleasant Township to Nathaniel and Della (Griffin) Crumrine. She married George Fred Byal on May 29, 1917, and he died June 20, 1965.
    Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Betty Endrek, Findlay; Mrs. Elton (Marcella) Shoemaker, McComb; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
    Mrs. Byal was a charter member of The Progress Study Club of McComb and the McComb Church of Christ.
    Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hartley Funeral Home, McComb, Pastor Robert Butt officiating. Burial will be in McComb Union Cemetery.
