Mrs. Louis Finn

Mrs. Louis (Josephine) Finn, 50, of Temple Hill, died unexpectedly at 6 am Saturday at her residence.

Friends may call at the Devaney funeral home, Cascade, from which services will be held at 9:30 am Monday to St. Peter's church, Temple Hill. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Finn was born June 8, 1900, in Garryowen, daughter of the late Maurice and Mary Ellen Shanahan Donovan.

She was married Jan. 4, 1921, to Louis Finn, at St. Patrick's church, Garryowen.

Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Mrs. Louis (Bernice) Holub of Monticello, Ia., and Catherine, Mary Margaret and Jo Ann, all at home, and one son, Michael, at home; one sister, Mrs. Rose Barrett, of Dubuque; and five brothers, Maurice Donovan of Bernard, Richard Donovan of Dubuque, John and Martin Donovan, both of Lansing, Mich., and Cornelius Donovan of Los Angeles, Calif. She was preceded by her parents, one son and two sisters.
