J.C. LATIMER DEAD
Life Long Resident of Warren Passed Away Thursday Night.
Joseph C. Latimer, aged 61 years, a life long resident of Warren, passed away at his home 403 Mercer street Thursday evening shortly after 6 o'clock. Death was due to the effect of a stroke suffered sometime ago.
Mr. Latimer was a native of Warren and had a great many friends here. He was an engineer by trade and worked for many years at the Ohio lamp works.
Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Jennie of Cleveland, Ruth and Elizabeth of this city and one son, George, also of Warren. There are three sisters surviving. Mrs. Alex Kilpatrick and Mrs. J. W. Anderson of Warren and Mrs. R. G. Curren of Lakewood.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 at the home and will be in charge of Rev. Mansell of the Central Christian church of which Mr. Latimer was a member.
