From the Bartlett Society

On 2 Feb 1657/8 Jonathan Morey warned not to frequent the house of Richard Foster in his absence. On 27 Jun 1659 Robert Bartlett of Plymouth, cooper agreed to make good unto Benjamine ffoster son of Richard ffoster the sum of 8 pounds when Benjamin ffoster reaches the age of 21 years. In the same agreement Mary the wife of Richard ffoster deceased agreed to bring up Benjamin ffoster he being of the age of four years or thereabouts. On the same date Jonathan Morey and Mary ffoster widow entered into a marriage agreement. On 17 July 1691 Jonathan Morey Sr. of Plymouth sold land in Rochester to son Jonathan Morey of Plymouth; the deed mentions wife Mary. The will of Jonathan Morey of Plymouth dated 24 Feb 1699/1700 was proved 16 Jun 1708 and names wife Hannah; son John; dau. Hannah Bumpas; son Jonathan.

NOTE: The Mayflower Society has accepted members through a daughter Mary Morey who married Nathaniel Atwood. No evidence has been found to support this line and Mrs. Barclay's research in TAG 32:196 shows this line is highly unlikely. This line has been rejected. See Mayflower Quarterly August 1982 Vol. 48 pgs 127-130. Mary, wife of Nathaniel Atwood was possibly Mary Lucas.
