John Rowe was baptised on 10th May 1822 at Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire, son of a lacemaker named Susannah Rowe, formerly Perry, and her husband Samuel Rowe, an ironmonger's labourer.

John died at the age of six years old, being buried at Leighton Buzzard on 4th December 1828.
