Plots returned to George Hume Surv'r for 860 acres. John Lienberger by his Last Will (recorded in County Court of said County) devised land be divided among his children and Sister. Lewis Pence at request of parties, presented surveys agreeable to intention of the testator and satisfaction of devisees by Richard Rigg. 270 acres to Peter Lienberger one of the devisees adj. christian Grove.
