Errors executed James Lyle, executor of Daniel Lyle, deceased.
  • Page 310.--1st May, 1786. Sarah ( ), Jane ( ), and Agness ( ) Hutchenson, of Shenagreen, Parish Donogh Henry County of Tyrone, Ireland, daughters and devisees of Thomas Hutchinson, late of Tinkling Spring Congregation, near Virginia in America, deceased. Thomas by his will, devised all his goods and lands to his three daughters, and about August, 1784, they appointed Francis McFarland, then of Escragh, to receive the legacies and devises; now they appoint their friend and relation, John McFarland, now of Grange in Ireland, to settle with Francis McFarland. Deposition by Hugh Burns, aged 60 years, of Evaal, County Tyrone, at Stewartstown, Tyrone County, 1st May, 1786, that he was personally acquainted with Thomas who lived in Sherragrim and went from thence many years ago to America, and Sarah, Jane and Agness are his daughters, and he knows John Farland before mentioned to be son to said Sarah Hutcheson. Witnessed and proved by John Higgins.
