Will Abstract

From Greene County, Tennessee Wills 1783-1890:
James Guin, Written July 1824.
Wife______. Children: John, Evans, James, Elizabeth.
To sons, John and Evans, I have made an obligation - 30 acres adjoining Adam Ely, 10 acres to John, 20 acres to Evans.
To son, James, all land between Martha Glass and above tract to John and best pair of oxen.
To Elizabeth's daughter Ede, my wife's part at her death.
To Elizabeth's son, Harvey, one year's schooling.
Executor: son John.
Witnesses: Nathaniel Magill, Joseph E. Gell, Jacob Albricht.
Dated: 28 May 1819.
