Will Abstract
- From Greene County, Tennessee Wills 1783-1890:
- James Guin, Written July 1824.
- Wife______. Children: John, Evans, James, Elizabeth.
- To sons, John and Evans, I have made an obligation - 30 acres adjoining Adam Ely, 10 acres to John, 20 acres to Evans.
- To son, James, all land between Martha Glass and above tract to John and best pair of oxen.
- To Elizabeth's daughter Ede, my wife's part at her death.
- To Elizabeth's son, Harvey, one year's schooling.
- Executor: son John.
- Witnesses: Nathaniel Magill, Joseph E. Gell, Jacob Albricht.
- Dated: 28 May 1819.
