  • Page 91.--14th January, 1811. Jacob Bushong's will--Estate to be divided into eleven shares, one share to each child; executors, sons-in-law Philip Hains and Peter Nicholas. Teste: Daniel Fall, Jacob Smith, Peter Hill. Proved, 23d March, 1812. Peter refuses to execute. Philip qualifies.
