From Nancy G. Ballard: Obituary - Brewster Standard, 30 Apr. 1886: Issiah Smalley, the centarian of Kent Cliffs, died last Saturday. He was one year and nine months over 100 years. The father of the deceased also lived to be over one hundred years old. (?)
I got your name from genforum, which I don't really know how to use; I noticed your correspondence with others on the Smalley Forum. I am related to Isiah Smalley (1756-1856) by way of Lovisa Smalley -- spelling taken from her tombstone. I'm wondering if you have any information you'd be willing to share regarding Isiah and his father, or Lovisa's brothers and sisters. Thanks for any help you can provide. Kathy Hill References
