Ina was raised Methodist. Ina and Floyd had the kids baptized Lutheran because that church was closer. Met Floyd Sims when working for the same farmer, John Costello, and were married at his home in MN. (Per Flo Baxter).
Lived in Graceville/Moonshine, Big Stone, MN for 50 years at the time of her death in 1951 per death certificate.

FORMER MALTA RESIDENT BURIED
Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon, at 1:30 p.m., at Chokio Methodist church for Mrs. Ina Sims, 64, who died at her home in Moonshine, Friday afternoon. Rev. R.F. Mattock was in charge of the service and interment was made in the family lot in the Clinton cemetery.
Ina Richmeyer was born at Stillwater, Minn., and came to Big Stone county about 1896 with her mother and two brothers, where she attended school and grew to womanhood.
She was married to Floyd Sims and they have made their home in this and nearby commnunities ever since. Mr. Sims and two sons, Lavern and Morgan, preceded her in death.
Surviving are two brothers, Will and Bernard Richmeyer of Seattle, Wash.; her stepfather, Charles Friedel; two half sisters, Myrtle Scott of Odessa, and Alice Tate of Clinton; two daughters, Florence (Mrs. Sidney Baxter), and Myrtle (Mrs. George Prader) both of Graceville; three sons, John and Richard of Johnson, and Harold of Chokio; and a number of grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Gordon and Basil Baxter, Lawrence and Earl Anderson, Richard Haas and Fred Bozvay.

MRS. FLOYD SIMS WAS BURIED AT CLINTON MONDAY
Mrs. Floyd (Ina) Sims, 64, a resident of Big Stone county for over 50 years died Friday, February 23, 1951, at her home in Moonshine township.
Services for her were held Monday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. R.F. Mattock officiating, at the Chokio Methodist church. Burial followed in the Clinton cemetery.
Pallbearers were Gordon and Basil Baxter, Lawrence and Earl Anderson, Richard Hass and Fred Bozbay.
Surviving Mrs. Sims are her two daughters and three sons: Mrs. Sidney Baxter and Mrs. George Prader both of Graceville, and John and Richard Sims of Johnson and Harold Sims of Chokio.
