    Howard Ogle. Prominent Farmer of the Ashmore Community, Passes Away"
    "Howard Arthur Ogle, 68 years of age, died last Thursday morning in Ashmore after a lingering illness of general complications.
    Funeral services were held in the Ashmore Presbyterian church on Friday afternoon with the Rev. J. L. Coleman of Oakland officiating. Burial was in the Ashmore cemetery.
    The decedent, a son of Atkin and Emily Gilbert Ogle, was born on Feb. 26,1869, near Martinsville. The family moved to Ashmore when he was a small boy and he spent the remainder of his life there. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and two brothers. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Harriet Blair, of Terre Haute, and four brothers, Charles of Paris, Thomas of Kansas. George of near Grandview and William of Ashmore."
