Stephen Beck's (Bek--German) will-- To wife, Catherine, £70 out of money due by Peter Frenger; to son, Peter Beck; to daughter, Mary Leedekey; to daughter, Catharine Frenger; to granddaughter, Anna Cleary Beck, daughter of son Peter Beck. Executors, John Hawpe, Jacob Teaford. Teste: James Mitchell, Wat Cunningham, Samuel Hay. Proved, 15th July, 1788, by Cunningham and Hay. Executors qualify. (Note: John Hawpe was Henry's brother; Jacob Teaford is likely related to Henry's wife (father/brother-in-law?)
- Page 50.--7th April. 1805. Christenah Teaford's will--To son, George; granddaughter, Elizabeth Teaford, daughter to George; to Polly Teaford, wife to George; to Peggy Cook, wife to Paul Cook, and Elizabeth Haup, wife to Henry Haup (her daughters); to Cathemiah, wife to John Teaford. Legatees, Jacob, John, Henry, George Teaford, Elizabeth Haup, Peggy Cook. Executor, son George. Proved, 30th April, 1806. Executor qualifies.
