Henry (referred to as "Jr" while his father was still living) was born ca 1769 or earlier. I based this on his first public record being found in 1790, and assuming he was at least 21 years old then, so that makes him born ca 1769 or earlier (but not much earlier).

The bondsmen for the marriage was Richardson Brown, Joseph Price (Armon's step-father), and Howell Duggar. (Armon's Uncle).
