B.B Pg,4 Funeral services for Golden Clark, 92 of Benzonia were held Sunday at the Bennett funeral home in Benzonia. Rev. Alfred Clough officiated with the burial in Benzonia township cemetery. Mr. Clark died Thursday at Treverse City Osteopathic hospital. He was born July 10, 1874 in Illinois, the son of Mr. & Mrs. Zenas Clark and had been a resident of Benonia area for many years. Surviving are a son, Arthur of Benzonia two daughters Mrs. Marie Burmiester of Recine, Wisconsin and Mildred Rusch of Mercer, Wisconsin; 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and other relatives Entry date July 11, 2000 Jan. 26,- Card of Thanks, We wish to express to our kind neighbors and thoughtful friends our heartfelt thanks for their many expressions of sympathy. The beautiful floral offerings were especially appreciated; The family of Golden Clark. THE RACINE JOURNAL - TIMES ; RACINE WISC. JAN. 20th, 1967 Golden E. Clark Entered Into Eternal Rest 1/19/1967 ; Age 92 in Traverse City Michigan ; BIRTH ; 7/10/1874 in Elkhart , Illinois and had resided in Racine for 34 years. His wife Inez , preceded him in death on 2/8/1953 and a son Clarence, passed away 3/21/1953, and after that he moved to Benzonia, Mich. with his older son and family where he made his home until the time of his death. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law ,Arthur and Margaret Clark. Route 1, Benzonia Mich.; two daughters and son-in-law, Mrs. Harold ( Marie ) Burmeister, 1821 Center St., Racine WISC. and Mrs. Hugo (Mildred ) Rush , Mercer WISC. grandchildren ; great-grandchildren ; a great-great-grandchild ; many nieces and nephews. Interment will be in the family plot, in Benzonia, Mich. On Monday, Jan 23. Entry date; Mar. 19, 2000
