I only have one thing - Waterloo Journal April 25, 1890- Frank took the train for Watertown Monday am - he has lately retunred from a western trip. The 1870 census say he ws 12 years old - born in Ohio. The 1880 census says 21 years and still at home. The 1900census he is in Lake Mills as a saloon keeper. I cannot find him in the 1910 census. I cannot find an obit. His wife's obit says he is still living in 1913. Could be in Dousman in 1910. I will look.
