    Mrs. Fanny E. Fox, widow of Charles Fox, passed away in St. Boniface Home for the Aged on Sunday, December 29th at the age of eighty-four years. She was born at Brussels, Ont., where she was married to Charles Fox in 1887. Coming west with her husband the same year. Mrs. Fox has resided at Riding Mountain since 1906.
    She was a member of the Methodist church later of the United and was always an active member of the Women's Associations, being an honorary member at the time of her death. Her husband predeceased her in 1940. She is survived by one son, Clifford, of Kelwood and one brother James Dark, of Neepawa.
    Funeral service was held in Riding Mountain Church Friday, Jan. 3rd at 2 o'clock. H. Gibson officiated. Pallbearers were W. Seward, Yans Peterson, J. McLaughlin, P. Howard, A. Buchanan and H. Morley. Interment was made in Riding Mountain cemetery.

    The funeral service for Mrs. Fanny Fox, 84, who died Dec. 29 in the St. Boniface Home for the Aged was held Jan. 3 at 2 p.m., in the Riding Mountain United Churdh, with H. Gibson officiating. Burial was made in the Riding Mountain cemetery. Pallbearers were W. Seward, Jans Peterson, J. McLaughlin, P. Howard, A. Buchanan and H. Morley. Born in Brussels, Ont., Mrs. Fox was married to Charles Fox in 1887, coming west with her husband in the same year. She had been a resident of Riding Mountain since 1905. She was an active member of the United church, and at the time of time of her death was an honorary member of the Women's Association. Her husband died in 1940, and Ms. Fox is survived by one son, Clifford of Kelwood, Man., and one brother James Dark, of Neepawa, Man.
