Childrens' names provided by Ruby Driskell notes. See Warren Co., IA Marriages Book 1849-79 containing this marriage, giving her father as Adam Brought (spelled with an o) and mother as Sara A. Sponsler. LDS record #AFN:1zfq-bfs shows burial at Manoah, Warren Co., IA (means Indianola, IA Cemetery Manoah section). The Indianola Cemetery record shows that Emma Gier was interred Feb. 3, 1920; that George Gier was interred April 30, 1925, and that Arthur Gier was interred Mar. 3, 1928... all paid for by G.W. Gier on Oct. 18, 1924. Manoah lot # 455 is located toward the back of the left fork of the main road East three rows from the gravel road intersection (see stone photo in my files).
