Elizabeth Robinson, ‘Betsy’, was born 1775-1777 VA. She married Benjamin Midkiff, 1 January 1793 Bath County, VA. Elizabeth died 1823-1824. Children of Elizabeth & Benjamin Midkiff were –

• Mary Skillern (1797-1820), married Joseph Barnett
• Peggy (born 1794-1804, died 1820-1826), married Jabus Lewallen
• James G. (1803-1872), married Elizabeth D. Taylor
• John Robertson (1804-1884), married Charlotte Smith & Mrs. Eliza H. (Chapman) Hines
• Rebecca (1806-1855), married William Pate [third great-grandparents of this writer]
• Betsey (c1813-after 1840, married William Alexander McKinley
• Benjamin Franklin (c1813-1843), married Elizabeth Ward
