FREMONT DAILY NEWS Wednesday September 3, 1924 HOLD LAST RITES AT FAMILY HOME Funeral services for the late Mrs. Elizabeth Hawk Baker, 82, pioneer resident of Sandusky CO who died Tuesday at her home in Green Creek township, will be Thursday. Burial in Dana Cemetery. Elizabeth Hawk Baker was born March 4, 1842, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hawk. Her mother died when she was an infant and at an early age she went to live with Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Howard. Surviving are five sons, Chester, Bert, Ralph of Fremont; George of Toledo; and Arthur of Victoria British Columbia, Canada; two daughters Mrs. August Young of Green Creek and Mrs. Bert Ferguson of Fremont; three brothers, A.J. Hawk and Marion Hawk of Fremont; and Byron Hawk of Clyde; and four sisters, Mrs. Ida Sherwood of Fremont;, Mrs. Anna Harnden and Mrs. Sarah Gibbons of Clyde and Mrs. Etta Kessler of Cleveland. |
