married Thomas Patton Jr. on 15 May 1797 in Montgomery Co Ky. “Saul” Cecil signed the marriage bond, presumably her father. In 1810 a Thomas Patton was on the Wayne Co census living next to one BSolles? Cecil, born prior to 1765. Cecil’s first name was scrawled and could have been something like Solley?? This could have been Nellie’s father but it would be good to verify in land records in Wayne Co.
- since she was married in 1797, Eleanor's likely birthdate must be closer to 1780. She would have only been 10 years old when she married if she was born in 1787.
