a) Mary (Polly) Patton, b. 24 Sept. 1798 Ky?, died 22 May 1875 Putnam Co Ill, marr. Amos D. Maxwell, son of Samuel Maxwell and Martha Patton, on 11 May 1823. (752) Amos was born about 1804. Their children:

1] Eliza Maxwell, b.ca 1828, died 2 Oct 1871 Crawford Co Mo; marr Enoch H Stone (ca 1828-1909); he was a second lt in 5th Tenn Regt (Union) and clerk of Putnam Co Court.
