Chase, David, May 28, 1769, in 84th year. GS
[The name David appears to be an error in reading the gravestone. See photo from Millbury Cemetery at Find A Grave. Mr Daniel Chase Died May 28th 1769 in the 84th Year of his age. A strict interpretation of 84th year would mean age 83, so born between May 1685 and May 1686.]
