- Vol. 2 - SEPTEMBER, 1792 (A to W). - Miles vs. Henry Brill--"I, Henry Brill, of Heidelburg Township, County of Lancaster, Penna., yeoman," bond to Miles, &c., 4th June, 1783. John Bright and others petition June, 1797, for a road from James Rowan's at Rockbridge line to the great road passing through Greenville, as it is cut off by Christopher Myers. Signed: John Bright, Jno. Schultz, Job Heoah, Hugh Alexander, Wm. Ritter, Neal O'Neal, Jno. Henry, James McFadden, John McFadden, David Shultz, Saml. Steele, Rob. Henry, Jno. Cunningham, James Steele, Andrew Purris.
- Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond - 1792--October 8, Jacob Hawk and Peggy Myres, daughter of Stophel Myers (German) (consent); surety, Michael Garber.
- Vol. 2 - APRIL, 1804 (M and O). - James Steele vs. Christopher Myers--Elizabeth Dinsmore is about to remove, 1802.
- Vol. 2 - Moiers' executors vs. Hassler's heirs--O. S. 256; N. S. 90--Bill, 1814. Joseph Hassler (in 1790 living in York Penna.) died, leaving widow Mary, who had married James Hamilton, and children, viz: Joseph, Daniel, Jacob, Mary, Elizabeth, Magdaline, Dorothy. Christopher Moier of Augusta died, testate, leaving children, viz: Henry Moier, Barbara, wife of Henry Vanncole (?); Margaret, wife of Jacob Hawk; Mary, wife of Andrew Hawk; Rosanna, wife of Jeremiah Davis; Catharine, wife of John C. Gilaspie; Susanna, wife of Jacob Davis, and widow Barbara. Christophel Myer was from Easthensberry Township, Cumberland County, Penna.
