B. March is in a critical condition with little chance of recovery. She received five fractured ribs and a punctured lung when the March home was demolished by the tornado that struck there in November. Since that time she has been in a marine hospital and has now developed double pneumonia and is in an oxygen tent. She was born on August 15, 1886 in the Town of Orwell, the daughter of William and Chloe Kinney Gay. She was married to George March and the couple owned and operated a meat market in Pulaski for many years. After her husband died in 1945 [!], Mrs. March continued to operate the store with her son, Arthur. Later it was sold and she moved to California. She is survived by her son, Arthur and by nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at the Riverside Cemetery, Altmar later in the spring.
