Anna (Roth) Mayer was born in Klein-Lomnitz,Hungary. She married John (Mager) Mayer, Sr. (1854-1941), November 23, 1879 in Klein-Lomnitz, Hungary She immigrated to the United States in 1881 and was naturalized in 1886. Anna and John had seven children: Anna (1880-1916), Susana (1881-1881), Mary (1884-1950), John Jr. (1886-1954), William (1887-1888), Matilda "TillY"(Mayer) Moore (1889-1990) and William (1891-1946). Their first two children were born in Klein-Lomnitz.
