Beginning on the Westerly side of Sarah Street at the corner of Lots Nos. 45, and 44 thence Westerly along the line of said Lot No. 44, 140 ft to Charles Street thence along Charles Street 20 ft to the line of lot No 11 thence along the lines of lots No’s 11 and 46, 144 ft to Sarah street and thence along Sarah Street, 20 ft to the place of beginning
Being part of the same which John Birmingham et ux et al by Deed dated 22 Sept 1883 and recorded in D Book Vol 478 p. 248 granted and conveyed to C. A. Campbell

All those certain lots or pieces of ground situated in the 10th Ward of the City bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the Westerly side of Sara street at the corner of lots Nos 45 & 44 thence westerly along the line of said lot No. 44 one hundred forty feet to Charles Street, thence along Charles Street, twenty feet to the line of lot No. 11; thence along the line of lots 11 and 46 one hundred and forty feet to Sarah street and thence along Sarah street twenty feet to the place of beginning
Being part of the same which John Berringham et ux et al on 22 September 1883 sold to C A. Campbell and C A Campbell and Ada his wife sold on 28 May 1886 to John Mayer, [the last sale] recorded in Deed Book 528, page 508.
