On 18th September 1740, aged 24, Ann married Francis Dingley at Eckington, about five miles south-west of Cropthorne, although they were both described as living at Cropthorne at the time of their marriage.

Francis owned land at Charlton in the parish of Cropthorne, and described himself as a gentleman.

Ann and Francis went on to have nine children at Cropthorne between their marriage and 1758, although two died young.

Ann's mother died in 1756. Her father died in 1758, leaving Ann £100 in his will, and appointing Ann's husband Francis as one of his executors.

Ann died on 1st December 1761, aged 45. Francis survived her by nearly 25 years.
