Co., MI, 2nd party; "as soon as it is possible for party of 1st party to obtain a U S Patent or Deed for the W 1/2 of S? and SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 S36 T14N R10E containing 120 acres of land that she will give to said 2nd party a good & sufficient Warranty Deed of the above described premises subject to a mortgage of $1575. given to W. Winslow....2nd party will pay 1st party $2600. with interest at 10% from this date agreeing to pay the above described mortgage... and 2nd party shall pay all taxes.
